Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value luxury items, we use insured expedited shipping which requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
OMI Jewelry provides a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of gemstones.
